The parts Britop typically offer for filter presses include rubber products, plastic products, and iron frames,etc. Britop also provide customized products to customers both domestically and internationally, including replacement parts for filter presses from renowned international brands such as Metso. Therefore, you may be able to find fully compatible replacement parts that have already been manufactured for your needs, or at some end-users' site.
Service Life of Filter Press Wear Parts
Regular inspection of rubber diaphragms, seals and other consumables is essential. Typical lifespans are provided in product manuals, or consult Britop, and we offer compatible replacement parts to ensure reliability.
Typical data:
Rubber Diaphragm: 1-3 years (5,000-10,000 hours); 6-12 months in harsh conditions; up to 3-5 years with good care. Degrades from acid/alkali exposure.
Sealing Ring: 1-2 years (3,000-8,000 hours); up to 2-5 years normally. Prone to leaks from contamination or pressure issues. Other (e.g., Filter Cloth): 3-6 months; semi-annual checks advised.
Influences: Abrasive slurries accelerate aging; overpressure shortens life; regular cleaning extends it.
Judging Replacement
Use inspections, monitoring, and symptoms. Check weekly with gauges.

Diaphragm: Cracks, bulges, hardening, leaks, uneven moisture; replace if thickness >20% lost.
Sealing Ring: Wear, deformation, joint leaks; disassemble quarterly.

Slower filtration, high moisture (>5-10%), long cycles (>30-60 min).
Pressure fluctuations (<1.0 MPa), noise/vibration, low flow.

Not designed to seperate metal and none metaillic components.
Please follow the site HSE instruction. Please ensure the excavator compatible and authorised operation.
Its capacity is certainly limited. Please refer to the shearing force and select the correct steel shape and size. Overloading the shear may damage the steel structure shear or cause potential problems.
The swing directions are deferent. Mechnical grabber cannot rotate at all. Please refer to the desciption of Mechanical/Hydraulic Wood Grabber

As attachment of excavator, no external power source is needed. If you want to use it in workshop, external power source can be used as well.

3,About services
Standard international practices, Incoterms 2020, will be applied to the transaction. Depending on the customer's requirements, the delivery method may vary: it could be customer self-pickup, delivery completed at a certain stage during transportation, or even direct delivery to a location specified by the customer. Naturally, different delivery methods will entail different risks and costs borne by the customer.If there are any special requirements, Britop can communicate in further detail.
For Britop, basically, any trade terms will be acceptable. Britop usually provide shipping documents including Airway Bill(AWB)/Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice(CI)/proforma Invoice(PI),Certificate of Origin(CO), Insurance Policy/Certificate, or other special certificates if necessary. But to a specific country, different custom clearance will grant us a lot of uncertainty, perhaps about time, perhaps about cost. So Britop usually don’t bother to handle the import declaration. So, It would be better if importer could solve the import declaration and domestic logistics.For express delivery, import declaration could be done by express provider. Importers only need to follow express provider's instruction.
4,About quotation and pricing
Usually Britop will select a convenient payment way for the settlement. T/T will be better, but L/C is always the safer one for both parties especially.
The MOQ depends on the specific product and BOM size.
Normally Britop offer discounts on repeat orders, but the price is based on the raw materials, so it is not what is called tiered pricing, but certainly more competitive than normal prices.
5,About packing, delivery and after-sale service
Logistics and Freight Options
We support air freight, sea freight, and international express delivery depending on shipment size, weight, and urgency. For shipments between 100 kg and 150 kg, air freight or express delivery is recommended; for larger shipments, sea freight is preferred.

Our goal is to prevent this from happening through improved product design, packaging and improved protection for known transport methods.
If this situation does occur, Britop will do our best to resolve it to prevent further consequences. Resolution costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and if they exceed Britop's obligations, some fees may apply.
Installing excavator attachments is generally straightforward.
Before placing an order, you'll need to confirm the correct connection, which may require an adapter.
If the problem persists while installing, Britop will provide remote assistance. The warranty period depends on the actual operating time. For overseas markets, the maximum warranty period is typically 24 months counting from the shipment date, ie, loading on ship board.
Heavy metal parts will be packed in wooden pallets or wooden crates to ensure proper handling during transportation and loading and unloading.
Precision parts will be packed in wooden crates filled with foam film or in cardboard boxes.
Small size parts will be packed in cardboard.
Seafreight and air freight timelines vary by destination. Typical cycles: sea freight - export declaration ~1 week, transit to EU/USA ~4 weeks; air freight with export declaration ~1 week. For precise estimates, contact Britop.
