JIC 37° Flare Fittings

JIC 37° flare fittings (SAE J514) use a 37-degree sealing surface on the male flare that mates with a corresponding 37-degree seat in the female. Widely used in North American mobile equipment and general industrial hydraulics with working pressures to 5,000 PSI.

ORFS O-Ring Face Seal

ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal, SAE J1453) fittings replace the metal-to-metal flare seal with an elastomeric O-ring captured in a groove on the male fitting face. The O-ring compresses against a flat female face, forming a zero-clearance elastomeric seal rated to 6,000 PSI.

Hose Assembly Equipment

The CBK Crimper stores crimp specifications for all fitting types. The Hose Skiving Machine prepares hose ends. The Hydraulic Swivel Joint prevents hose twist. The Hose Bending Machine ensures final shape. Nylon Hose Sleeve protects assemblies.
