Oil purification technologies remove water, gases, and particulates through fundamentally different physical principles. Selecting the wrong technology wastes capital or fails to meet oil quality targets.
Vacuum Dehydration
Vacuum dehydration heats oil to 50-70°C then exposes thin films or sprayed droplets to vacuum (below 1 mbar). Dissolved water boils at reduced pressure, achieving moisture below 5 ppm. The Double Stage Vacuum Purifier achieves <5 ppm moisture with two vacuum stages.
Centrifugal Purification
Centrifugal purification spins oil at 7,000-12,000 RPM generating 5,000-12,000 G-force. Free water separates instantly; solids down to 1 micron. Centrifuges handle high sludge loads but cannot remove dissolved water.
Coalescer Technology
Coalescer technology passes oil through hydrophilic filter media where tiny water droplets merge into larger drops that gravity-separate. Effective for free water but limited for dissolved moisture.
Equipment Solutions
The Oil Regeneration System chemically restores aged oil. The Hydraulic Oil Filter Press provides mechanical filtration. Oil Testing verifies purification results. The Oil Filter Press handles batch processing.
