• Unconditional Third-Party Quality Audits: Under our quality management requirement, we conduct on-site inspections of the manufacturing process. We mandate and invite end-user for a pre-dispatch joint Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), review Non-Destructive Testing (NDT/UT) reports. Concurrently, we maintain an "open-door" policy for global buyers: unconditionally accepting end-users or international authoritative bodies (such as SGS, TÜV) to enter our facilities for full-process inspection, expediting, and quality management system audits.

• Full-Time Material-Level Traceability: We enforce product identification and traceability management. Beyond the globally unique metal-stamped chassis SN code assigned to each machine, the core hydraulic pumps, motors, control cabinets, and even every individual filter plate of our filter presses carry unique serial numbers permanently mapped electronically to the master machine file. The accompanying Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) reports and Material Test Reports (MTR) guarantee that raw materials can be traced directly back to the sourcing steel mills.

• Open Consumables Ecosystem & 10-Year Component Availability Commitment: We implement a market-driven open policy for consumable compatibility. Upon equipment commissioning, users retain complete autonomy to source compatible filter plates, filter cloths, seals, or bearings from any third party based on competitive commercial biddings. We strictly covenant never to restrict or invalidate the comprehensive equipment warranty on these grounds. Furthermore, our legal agreements lock in the obligation to continuously supply original spare parts or alternative technical solutions for 10 years post-discontinuation, securing the long-term value of your fixed assets.
