High-pressure hose crimping machine, also known as hose clamping machine or pipe crimping machine, is equipment used to tightly crimp metal fittings with high-pressure hoses to form high-pressure hose assemblies.
Structural Composition
- It mainly consists of a crimping mechanism, motor, gear pump, control valve and oil tank.
- The crimping mechanism is the working component, which drives the pressure sleeve to reciprocate through the cylinder piston to compress and release the spring pressure head.
Working Principle
- The motor drives the oil pump to output hydraulic oil, pushing the plunger in the crimping cylinder forward.
- The plunger and the two inner cone sleeves on the front cylinder cover drive the die base with symmetrical conical surfaces to shrink radially, realizing the crimping of the hose by the die block.
- When the shrinkage reaches the set value, crimping stops automatically, the electromagnetic directional valve reverses, and hydraulic oil enters the die opening cylinder to push the crimping plunger to move in the opposite direction.
- The die base drives the die block to reset under the action of the spring.
